September marks the peak of the fall songbird migration in Iowa, and Lake MacBride is the perfect place to experience this annual spectacle! Join us for a fun-filled morning in search of fall migrating warblers and other songbirds. Not only will we learn how to identify some of the more common migratory warblers that visit Iowa each fall, but will also learn more about their annual southward journey and what we can do to help them make it to their destinations safely. We hope you can join us!
This trip is free but advanced registration is required. No prior birding experience is necessary - we welcome anyone who would love to spend some time outside with us! A limited number of binoculars will be available for use.
