Join us for a fun morning of feeder watching at the bird blind in F.W. Kent Park near Iowa City! We'll learn which birds are regular visitors to our feeders and learn which foods those birds like best. The bird blind will also allow us to watch the birds at a close distance, providing an opportunity to study them and learn their field characteristics. We'll finish with an activity at the nearby Johnson County Conservation Education Center and, if time and weather allow, we'll take short hike through the park to look for other birds. We hope you can join us for this fun, family-friendly event! This trip is free but advanced registration is required.
